I felt the breeze coming from above. The cold darkness called in whispers. I went to explore and found a doorway, a doorway to somewhere I didn’t really want to go but couldn’t resist. 
The creek ing stairs led to latch in the ceiling, a hidden door that led to the attic. I barely squeezed through and when I shone my light there it was. This beautiful cabinet, set behind a lifetime of things. Odds and ends, a spinning wheel and mannequin, a trunk and scattered old books.
The cabinet is a collection of time, of passion and obsession. Who owned it? Where did they go?
